One small note: every box leaves our kitchen carefully packed and sealed for the journey — but once it's with the postal carrier, it's truly out of our hands. We aren't able to take responsibility for boxes lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, so please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If anything goes sideways along the way, your tracking number and the carrier are the fastest path to answers — and we're always happy to help point you in the right direction.

Baked to order. Everything ships frozen at peak freshness and leaves our kitchen within 3–5 business days of your order, with tracking emailed to you.
Rates. Flat $14 shipping anywhere in the USA — free across Georgia. Orders ship from $36.
Your address is your responsibility. Please double-check it at checkout — we ship to exactly what you enter, and we can't replace boxes sent to an incorrect address.
Once it ships, it's in the carrier's hands. We aren't responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged in transit. Your tracking number and the carrier are the fastest path to a resolution, and we're always glad to help point you in the right direction.
Perishable goods. Because everything is fresh-baked food, all sales are final — no returns or refunds. Freeze or enjoy your treats promptly, and refrigerate any icing on arrival.
