Hi there! I'm Bernadine — CEO, baker, and the hands behind every single thing that leaves this kitchen.
My love of baking started in my home kitchen in New York City — and it never really stopped.
I began this business in New York, then moved to Georgia and had to start over. Unsure how things would work in a new state, I started advertising to get the word out — and before I knew it, I was taking cake orders for every weekend of the month.
Today, Made By Bernadine lives two lives. Locally, I bake custom cakes, wedding cakes, and dessert tables for celebrations across North Georgia — Dawsonville, Cumming, Alpharetta, Ellijay, and beyond. Nationally, I ship jumbo gourmet cookies to doorsteps in all fifty states, baked in small batches and frozen at peak freshness so they arrive tasting like they just came out of my oven.
I'm incredibly grateful for everyone who supports me. Nothing here is mass-produced. Baking in small batches means every cookie and cake gets the attention it deserves — and you can taste the difference.
Real ingredients
Farm-fresh eggs, real butter, quality chocolate. If it wouldn't go in a cake for my own family, it doesn't go in yours.
Made from scratch, always
Every dough, buttercream, filling, and mousse starts from raw ingredients in my kitchen. That's the whole point of "made by" Bernadine.
